begumidast: Schnee-Eule on Flickr. The first time that i had the chance to come close to this shy birds. I think the reason was, that there have been no other visitors in the “Owl canyon”. We moved very slowly and havent talked (Not easy for my kids, but they where also impressed). Normaly all the owls are sitting very far away from the visitors trail and i have no chance to make a photo with my equipment. What a lucky day.
